In May dr Magdalena Bojarska - the Head of International Relations Office of PANS had the privilege of welcoming Assoc. Prof. Abdurrahman Gümrah from Selçuk University - Vocational School of Social Sciences - Management Organization Department in Türkiye.

Our guest participated in the Staff Teaching Exchange Mobility at the State University of Applied Sciences in Jaroslaw in the framework of the Erasmus+ mobility program, according to the bilateral agreement concluded between both institutions.

These opportunities for mobility offer teachers significant global exposure, fostering their professional growth, improving their skills, and facilitating the sharing of effective practices.

Erasmus+ students can travel across Europe to participate in study abroad programs or to explore the continent.

The Erasmus+ program enables students to study abroad in various European countries for periods ranging from a few months to a year.

My Dear Friend EKRU YILDIRIM from the Foreign Languages School of the Istanbul Gelisim University participated in the Staff Teaching Exchange Mobility in the second half of May at the State University of Applied Sciences in Jaroslaw in the framework of Erasmus+ mobility program, according to the bilateral agreement concluded between both institutions.

This type of mobility was designed to enhance teaching quality, promote internationalization, and foster collaborations between higher education institutions. 

During the winter semester, a six-member team from the University of Security Management in Košice visited my university on December 2-5, 2024 to discuss and strengthen our confirmed long-term partnership.

The aims of the mobilities were: to exchange experiences resulting from the participation in the Erasmus+ program, fostering collaboration among participants, to transfer knowledge and good practices in order to learn from shared experiences, acquire practical skills, and discover new ideas.

Guests from Slovakia took advantage of both the teaching and training offer provided by me to enhance their skills.

On November 18-22, 2024 I had the distinguished pleasure of welcoming a delegation from the University of Oradea to discuss future Erasmus+ collaborations. We were honored to host Assoc. Prof. PhD Eng. Norbert-Szabolcs Suba and Prof. PhD Eng. Habil. Sorin Nistor representing the Department of Cadastre of the Faculty of Construction, Cadastre and Architecture of the University of Oradea. It was a privilege to welcome scientists from the Romanian University. The recent visit offered a chance to showcase projects of mutual interest.

Last week, on May 20-24, 2024, I got a great visit from one researcher representing our Turkish partner university called Istanbul Gelisim University.

Sajedeh Norozpour Sigaroodi, PhD came to PANS in Jaroslaw within the Erasmus+ programme because the Istanbul Gelisim University is a long-time partner of our school.

The guest was welcomed and taken care of Magdalena Bojarska, the Head of International Cooperation Department and the Erasmus+ Institutional Coordinator at PANS in Jaroslaw.

The main purpose of this activity was to transfer knowledge and good practices in order to learn from shared experiences.

Teaching and research staff can use the Erasmus+ programme to gain work experience abroad.

Staff mobility can be carried out by any type of higher education staff. To ensure high-quality mobility activities with maximum impact, the mobility activity has to be related to the staff’s professional development and to address their learning and personal development needs.

Başak Köseoğlu, Helin Okçu and Mercan Sezer, foreign students who have been studying at PANS in Jaroslaw during the summer semester of the academic year 2023/2024 within the Erasmus+ programme on the trip to the Netherlands.
During their trip students from the Turkish Munzur University visited several cities, like: Zaandam, Rotterdam, Lahey, Amsterdam, Utrecht and Groningen.

Başak KÖSEOĞLU, Helin OKÇU and Mercan SEZER, Erasmus+ students at PANS in the summer semester of the academic year 2023/2024 representing the Munzur University on a trip to Milan, Pisa, Florence, Rome, Vatican city and Venice.

The Open Day event was an opportunity to gather more information about our institution, experience the campus, and meet current students and staff.

Erasmus+ students from various countries were thrilled to participate in the Open Day at the university, where they had the opportunity to learn about the campus, programs, and student life.

In the winter semester of the academic year 2023/2024, the State University of Applied Sciences (PANS) in Jaroslaw was hosting students from partner universities in Spain and Türkiye.

A list of subjects in English has been prepared for foreign students who arrived to study at PANS. Magdalena Bojarska  MSc, the Head of the International Cooperation Department and Institutional Coordinator of the Erasmus+ program at PANS in Jaroslaw was responsible for the comprehensive organization of their stay.

Young people from the University of Granada in Spain and Sakarya University, as well as from the University of Samsun, Karamanoğlu Mehmetbey University, Istanbul Esenyurt University, Sakarya University of Applied Sciences, Kastamonu and Munzur University in Türkiye were studying within the European Union ERASMUS+ program.

The students of PANS also go abroad for studying and student apprenticeship due to the Erasmus+ program. They go to the following countries and universities: Polytechnic University of Bari in Italy, Universidad Politécnica de Cartagena in Spain, The Limassol College - T.L.C in Cyprus, the School of Education of the Polytechnic of Porto in Portugal, as well as the Institute of Technology and Business in České Budějovice in the Czech Republic and the University of Ljubljana in Slovenia.

A group of our students has gone abroad for a study in the second semester. They have gone to such  countries as: Portugal, Slovenia, the Czech Republic and Spain. The participants of the programme are students of Management, Logistics and Forwarding, Preschool and Early School Pedagogy, as well as Automation and Practical Electronics - explains Magdalena Bojarska, who is responsible for the implementation of student mobilities.

PANS sends students to foreign universities which have signed mutual partnership cooperation agreements!

We have put in a lot of effort to prepare the event which lasts until April 15, 2024 and have even reached out to local business and society for support.

You can help us by putting something for animals in boxes located on the university campus and in E.Leclerc store in the Stara Ujeżdżalnia Gallery, as well as in the store chain Delikatesy Piotruś Pan (Bema, Reymonta, Piłsudskiego and May 3rd, St.) and in the “Społem” PSS in Jarosław (John Paul II, Kraszewskiego, Armii Krajowej, St.).
